Perforce Software amped up its User Conference in Las Vegas this year with a mobile tool powered by Cerado Ventana. The application, known as p4pocket, provided attendees with quick cell phone-based access to the conference agenda, attendee lists, twitter feed, and logistical info. It also included an entirely new Ventana feature: a live message board for attendees.

Functional on iPhones, Blackberries, and other devices spotted in pockets around the convention hall, p4pocket connected attendees and made life easier for the organizers. On the conference evaluation, 100% of respondents said they wanted p4pocket at every Perforce User Conference.
