Information Center After logging into the system with a user name and password, a rep is brought to the Information Center, the starting point for the Cerado Sales Force Information Service. Here, reps can see important news and updates, listings of upcoming events, and even links to news about customers and competitors. The information contained in the Information Center can be easily customized.
Accounts: Overview Clicking on Accounts in the navigation bar gives access to the contact management capabilities of the service. The Cerado Sales Force Information Service includes a full-featured contact management system that is far easier to use than other alternatives. All accounts are accessible in one place, without having to navigate through multiple screens to find the information that a rep needs. A single click goes from the summary of accounts to the detail for a particular account.
Accounts: Detail Clicking on the name of an account brings up the detail for that account. A complete history of the account is available from a single, easy-to-understand screen. Primary and secondary contact information, deals, win-loss reports, sales notes, follow-up reminders, and sales stage information are all available for each account.
Accounts: Outlook Integration For reps who use Microsoft Outlook, a single click will seamlessly move an appointment from an online contact record to your local Outlook calendar. There is no special software needed to access this capability. Simply clicking on the small red arrow next to the 'Call Back Date' area in the account detail will take the information from Cerado and automatically create a calendar item in Outlook.
Contacts: View by Contacts Clicking on Contacts in the navigation bar brings up a contact-oriented view of the customer base. In addition to views that are tailored by Account, the Cerado Sales Force Information Service includes capabilities that ensure that all Contacts are easily accessible.
Reporting: Call Back Report Clicking on Reports in the navigation bar opens up the reporting capabilities of the service. The Cerado Sales Force Information System has rich reporting functionality that is able to quickly pull the information that is needed out of hundreds or thousands of Accounts and display it in an instantly understandable manner. Dozens of common reports are included, and custom searches can be created via a point-and-click interface. One such report is a Call Back Report, which displays the most important information needed to rapidly follow up with accounts that are in need of contact.
Library: Overview Clicking on the 'Library' link in the navigation bar near the top of the screen brings up the Library. The Library is the heart of the Cerado Sales Force Information Service. It is the place a rep goes to access all of the tools he or she needs to be more effective. Competitive information, sales presentations, win-loss analyses, collateral, lists of frequently asked questions, sales policies…any information the rep needs can be found in the Library. Documents can be emailed directly from the Library – for example, a rep can email a product datasheet directly from the Library to a prospect. Clicking on any document or folder in the Library will open that document or folder.
Library: Cerado Competitive Tear Sheets For customers using Cerado's Competitive Intelligence Service, the Library is home to Cerado Competitive Tear Sheets. When preparing for a client meeting, reps can easily pull the latest information about their competition from the Library, to either review online or to print and save for later. Cerado Competitive Tear Sheets are updated regularly and are an invaluable tool for reps who are pressed for time in a highly competitive environment. These competitive tear sheets are stored in the Cerado Competitive Tear Sheet folder in the Library. Learn more about Cerado’s Competitive Intelligence Service. See a sample of a tear sheet.
